ok yesterday i was at work and a customer, lets say customer B, requested to have a certain table, lets say table A, after the group of customers who were using table A left. so when the group using table A left, i immediately went to clean table A for customer B. so i asked customer B if he wanted me to set the cutlery on table A. his reply was: what is cutlery?

customer B apparently is the boss/supervisor/manager of a group of construction workers. i really dont know whether to laugh at him or feel sad for him.

oh i suppose i should laugh at him, he behaved as though he booked the entire restaurant. he carried out a lucky draw which made so much noise that when the restaurant supervisor walked past them, i could see her fuming.
